1. Through this app our clients can communicate with our sales team to track their orders, view orders and orders payment history. The app is integrated with our CRM and all data from CRM is displayed on this App to facilitate our clients.
2. This app has the following functions:
a. The client can track their orders through the app and communicate with our team regarding new queries and new orders through chat feature.
b. Our clients can use this app to pay their payments in partial or full. Payments are integrated through Stripe API.
c. All client queries can be answered through chat option available on the app.
